   Gonzo Alt-Folk

Fatbwoi, a quirky upbeat acoustic artist presenting a unique take on the modern condition. A thang-shakin' zeitgiest surfin' force of nature and supplier of infectious grooves...

Songs about chicken, zombies, spies, broadband and lasers... all of life's essentials.

"Tex Mex meets Trash Troubadour" - KFFM

Difficult to pigeon-hole, over time his sound has been variously described as "complex", "conversational", "observational", "off the wall"... and a whole host of largely unrelated phrases...

"...followed by Fatbwoi who did a triumphantly surreal performance, very funny both verbally and visually. Zombies, computer games and Nando's chickens now have the gonzo alt-folk anthems they deserve."

- Kevin Hewick

An experienced live performer, Fatbwoi has been gigging around the country since 2006, always delivering an energetic show and making a lot of friends along the way...

He has even been beamed into space (via the medium of radio), and has appeared live in the studio several times on The Bridge 102.5FM...

In 2011 he was beamed into space again, making his US radio debut on WRIR 93.7FM (VA)... he is far too excited about what might happen should these transmissions ever meet...

In 2011 Fatbwoi released the 'Love Once' EP, with a follow-up and also an album scheduled for release in 2012...

There's some cool stuff in the works, and 2012 is shaping up to be a good one...

Shall we have some fun?!
